Prisoners International

Prayer for Prisoners International is an open door for people who want to be involved in prison ministry but cannot physically go to prisons. At our invitation, prisoners fill out prayer request cards that let us know what they would like God to do in their lives. We then send these personal prayer request to a volunteer who will regularly pray for the prisoner.

Our prayer is that God would raise up more people to pray for prisoners. The goal of PFPI is to reach as many incarcerated individuals as possible with the Gospel and love of Jesus Christ and the freedom that is available through His blood. We pray more churches will become involved and awareness of the needs in the prison mission field will spread throughout the Christian community.

You can effect a life for eternity through prayer.

Opportunities beyond prayer are evangelism, discipleship through correspondence and attending worship services inside prison facilities.
